Booking
A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. A transport contract is concluded only after Fly2Ski confirms availability, the route, the total price and the booking in writing.
Price and payment
The final fixed price and accepted payment method are stated in the individual booking confirmation. Additional services or route changes requested later may change the price.
Passenger and luggage details
Customers must provide correct passenger, flight and luggage information. Ski equipment, child seats, unusually large luggage and other special requirements must be agreed in advance.
Delays and changes
Customers should inform Fly2Ski promptly of known flight changes or delays. Pickup arrangements and any waiting-time rules are specified in the individual confirmation.
Cancellation
Binding cancellation deadlines and any fees must be stated in the booking confirmation. Final liability, withdrawal and consumer-law provisions require legal review before operations begin.
