Transfer requests
The request form transmits the entered booking details to Fly2Ski through the FormSubmit form service. The website itself does not store the information permanently. Submitted information is used only to answer and process the transfer request.
Form submission
Fly2Ski uses FormSubmit (Devro LABS) for technical delivery. When the form is submitted, the information is transmitted to this service and forwarded to Fly2Ski by email.Privacy notice: https://formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf
Data categories
Depending on the request, this may include name, email address, telephone number, journey dates, flight details, passenger count, luggage information and other details voluntarily provided.
Purpose
Data is used to respond to pre-contractual enquiries, prepare an offer and, after confirmation, perform the agreed transport service. Statutory retention obligations may apply to booking and accounting records.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of their personal data and may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
